New Year’s Resolution Hack #1: CBD

2018 is done.

It’s 2019 and it’s time to start on those New Year’s Resolutions.  New Year’s Resolutions have always been interesting to me.  They range from cliché to bizarre.  Also, I think it’s funny that the big joke is that no one follows through with their resolution.

I can prove it.  If people accomplished their new year’s resolutions, everyone would be in shape and the tobacco companies would be out of business.

When I was younger, my New Year’s resolution was to be punctual.  It took 3 years of that resolution for it to stick.  So, I achieved my resolution of being punctual, I was just 2 years late. 😉

I’m not saying that New Year’s resolutions are meant to be broken or that you shouldn’t make them.  But maybe you should be more realistic than thinking that you will make dramatic and permanent life changes overnight because its January.  

Perhaps the most common resolution is to get in shape, start exercising, or some other derivative of being healthier.  First off, January is probably the worst month to ‘decide to start exercising.’  If it’s not too cold or rainy to go outside, the sun sets at 5:00 pm, so either way, you’re not going to get a good workout in.
